Use Secure Redaction to cover sensitive regions and build a new PDF from the visible page pixels. Position a redaction box, add it to the intended page, and repeat for every area you need to hide. Build the secure output preview before downloading; the downloadable PDF uses that generated result.
Every page is rebuilt as an image, including pages without redaction boxes. This removes original selectable text, links, editable forms, and other original document structures. It can change file size and print sharpness. The tool does not automatically find every occurrence of sensitive information; inspect the entire document and retain the original privately.
An ordinary annotation may only hide text visually while leaving it underneath. This tool instead rebuilds the output pages from pixels after covering the selected areas, so the original text and resources are not copied into the new PDF.

The covered content is not retained in the generated copy. Keep your original separately if you may need it later, and do not share that original alongside the redacted file.
